Our services have always supported older and vulnerable residents of Clifton, Wilford and Silverdale in order to reduce levels of loneliness and isolation.  Our friendships groups offer a welcoming atmosphere whilst the Home Visiting Scheme enables those who are less mobile to receive a volunteer visitor each week. Throughout the ‘lockdown’ period we have worked in a holistic manner to support service users with a number of support needs.
