What does it do?

There are times in our lives when we may feel ill-equipped to make difficult decisions or need someone to speak up for us to make sure our voice is listened to. That is why our Advocacy service exists to support you.

How does Advocacy work?

• By making time to listen to your views, worries and concerns

• By exploring choices and options with you

• By encouraging and helping you to speak up for yourself

• By being with you and supporting you, for example at meetings or reviews

Who it is for?

Service is available to older people living anywhere in North Wales. You can access this service if you are living in yourown home, in extra care or sheltered housing or you are living in a residential or nursing home or ifyou are in hospital.

Where it is available?

Regional service (Conwy, Denbighshire).

The service is free
