What does it do?Typically one of our Care Assistants works with the older person for 4-5 hours per week encouraging them to maintain every-day life skills and, for example, to plan their next weeks meals and the shopping necessary as a result and to maintain the hygiene of their living areas |
Who it is for: Individual older people who are experiencing a degree of confusion, perhaps as a result of as a result of learning difficulties or deteriorating mental health, and who require additional support and assistance to allow them to continue living on their own in a home of their own choosing. | Where it is available: Local service covering: Bromsgrove (Worcestershire).
