What does it do?

Supporting people to live a life of their choosing enabling them to live as independently as possible with choice and control of their own package of support.  We offer many services all individually planned with the service user. These include:

    Personal Care
    Meal Preparation
    Light Domestic
    Medication Prompts
    Respite for Carers
    Shopping 
    Accompanied appointments
    Accompanied days out/holidays
    Companionship
    Full 24 hour Care

Who it is for?

The service we offer is for anyone from 18 years upwards.  We offer support to young disabled/elderly/vulnerable adults within the community.

Where it is available?

Local service (Hambleton, Harrogate, Richmondshire).

What it costs:


The cost is dependent upon the level of support required and can be negotiated individually

Access can be gained through the Website; local NYCC Directory of Services; telephone or email

What to expect then:


If an applicant requests information this will be discussed on the telephone or sent out by mail.  If further interest is shown a fully trained assessor will visit the applicant and discuss what their requirements are.  A fully personalised support plan will be drawn up including a risk assessment.  The assessment is individual to a specific service user treating all information with confidentiality and offering dignity and respect at all times.
