What does it do?Our service enables people to live in their own home secure in the knowledge that help is only the press of a button away.

The alarm unit is a simple piece of equipment that works alongside your own telephone. If you feel unwell, have a fall or have any other difficulty at anytime night or day, you just push a button worn on your wrist or as a neck pendant and the unit will automatically connect you to our experienced telecare team.

We will ask you about the problem and arrange the help you need. Sometimes a friendly ear and re-assurance is all that’s required or we may contact your chosen keyholders or a family member and ask them to pop in to check on you. If necessary we will call the emergency services.

Our team are fully trained and equipped with the latest telecare technology and equipment. We are able to instantly identify who is calling and hold each client’s full medical details along with clear instructions what to do in an emergency.

What to expect then:

Once you have decided to register for our service you will be sent an information pack along with registration documents for you to complete and return. We will also either arrange for an installer to visit at a time that suits you, or send you the equipment in the post for you to fit yourself – its simple to do.

Each year we undergo a stringent audit by the Telecare Services Association’s Code of Practice and we have achieved accreditation in every aspect of our services since it began.
