Who it is for: People with disabilities, sensory impairments and on going health care needs
Ethnic / cultural aspects: We can work with any cultural backgrounds and are sensitive to all cultures and ethnicities.
Where it is available: Local service covering: Alnwick, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Blyth Valley, Castle Morpeth, Tynedale, Wansbeck (Northumberland). Gateshead, Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside, South Tyneside (Tyne and Wear).
What it costs: £12.00 per hour exc VAT £11.55 per hour to those in receipt of Direct Payment or CHC funding.
How to access or apply for it: Contact us direct or work with local authority to access services. We will visit you at home if you wish to discuss support options and services.
What to expect then: We will work to devise individual support plan and organise interviews to find suitable staff.
Additional information: We tailor packages to meet the individuals need, wishes and preferences. We actively promote self directed support and personalisation with the focus on the client at all times.
