What does it do?Community Mental Health Teams for Older People(CMHTOP) provide a single point of entry to a number of mental health services to older adults. We also provide services to any individual with a diagnosis of dementia including adults under 65.

The teams assess a patients' needs and then offer appropriate services, including memory clinics for dementia, psychology services, day therapy services and outpatient clinics.The teams include nurses, occupational therapists, consultants and administrative staff.
