Thirsk Community CareSocial Car Scheme

What does it do?Working in partnership with The Little Red Bus Company , a not for profit
organisation, our team of volunteer drivers are able to help people who
don’t have a car or access to frequent public transport.

They can pick clients up and drop them off at the library, shops or leisure
activities for example. If you need to attend doctors , dentist or
hospital appointments and to visit friends or family in hospital, they
can also help. Then when it is time to go home, they will pick you up
and drop you at your door.
