What does it do?
Operated by volunteer drivers using their own vehicles. The
scheme is open to any resident within the district of Harlow, who
meets the membership criteria, who cannot access public or
private transport. The Social Car Scheme can be booked between
1000 and 1400 Monday to Friday, a minimum of two working
days notice is required, this will be subject to a volunteer driver
being available.
