The vulnerable tenants gardening maintenance service is for housing association tenants who are in receipt of one of the following benefits; attendance allowance, severe disabled mobility allowance, disability allowance or who are registered blind.

Local service covering: Chester-le-Street, Darlington, Derwentside, Durham, Easington, Hartlepool, Sedgefield, Stockton-on-Tees, Teesdale, Wear Valley (Durham).
