What does it do?All our services are reviewed regularly, in line with current legislation and best practice. They all aim to take an active part in the local community, ensuring access to a range of opportunities.
Every person who uses our services has a support plan tailored to their individual needs and interests. Each person has a named member of staff as a contact, called a Link Workers.
Transport is not automatically provided for people attending a Day Service. Where people are able to make their own way to our services they would be expected to do so. We will assess people to see if they need any support with travel and transport may be provided for those unable to make their own way.
Who it is for: This centre is available for older people who are isolated and require support to stay independent in their own homes.
Ethnic / cultural aspects: Interpreters are available. Information can be provided in a range of styles and languages.

What it costs:We to charge people who use our service and transport, and everyone is assessed for their ability to pay. We also charge for meals and other refreshments. Extra activities at an additional cost may also be available.
