The Positive Age Centre

What does it do?

The activities are designed to be enjoyable, improve quality of life and provide self-help techniques which can be used in the home. There are ample opportunities to exchange ideas and information.

Activities may include: yoga and relaxation, gentle exercise, tai chi, painting and drawing, art history appreciation, philosophy, singing for all, ESOL (English as a second language), mosaics, current affairs, healthy walking, craft groups and more.

User participation is encouraged, all are invited to have a say in what is offered at the Centre.

Members of Open Age Project can use transport services (ie community car scheme, dial-a-ride) for free.
