What does it do?Phone Link is a free service available to anyone living in Birkenhead. It is a daily or weekly telephone call made to older people who live alone and are unable to get about. Our volunteers make the telephone call, just to chat and to make sure that all is well.

This service can help for either a short time, such as when your family or friends are away, or it can be regular and ongoing to provide a friend to chat to. This is available Monday to Friday at a time that suits you.
