What does it do?
We give free, confidential and impartial advice to older people in North Tyneside and their carers. We can help with:
  • Welfare benefits, Pension, Tax and other financial matters
  • Housing and property
  • Health & Social Care matters
  • Leisure and social activities
  • Family and personal matters
  • Your rights and local services
  • And most other things that affect your quality of life
And if we don't have the answer we will try to find somebody who does.

How to access or apply for it:

You can telephone (0191 280 8484), drop in or make an appointment to see an Advisor at the Bradbury Centre. We can also make home visits if necessary.

The opening hours are: 9:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.
