What does it do?- Advising on the type of adaptations that may be needed. - Obtaining independent Occupational Therapist reports if required. - Designing the Adaptations, including converting rooms and creating extensions. - Obtaining the necessary planning and building regulation approvals. - Providing schedules of work, tenders and obtaining estimates from contractors. - Making grant applications for Disabled Facilities Grants. - Arranging for the work to be carried out and supervising the work on site.
