£15 per hour plus materials used or free if you are over 60 and receive either Council Tax Benefit or Pension Credit. People over 18 who receive DLA will have to pay for materials only.

What to expect then:

Our Handyperson will make contact with the customer to arrange a convenient time to carry out the job, carry ID and can provide information on other service within Kirklees. All the Handypeople are experienced, professional and have been CRB checked.

Additional information:

The Handypeople will carry out a full survey of the property if that is what the customer requires, to see if there is a need for any other of our services, and can forward you on to other agencies that can help.
