What does it do?
Fed up with struggling to get those simple tasks done such as changing a light bulb or getting your curtains down? Or need help with shopping, gardening or other jobs about the home.

Help at Home is a brand new not for profit service supported by Age Concern Walsall and bought to you by Caldmore Housing.

Help with domestic tasks such as housework, cooking, shopping and gardening.
Help for small maintenance jobs and independent living services such as changing light bulbs, replacing a tap washer, doing small repairs,
making your home safe and secure and keeping equipment in order.
Help for other tasks such as accompanying you to a medical or other appointment, collecting prescriptions etc.

Who it is for?

To support all elderly people aged 50 years plus across the Walsall borough by providing relevant services, information and advice, and advocacy.

Where it is available?

Local service covering: Walsall (West Midlands).

What it costs:

There is a subscription fee of £2 per week plus the hourly rate of £12 for any of the services you require. We are attempting to keep our costs
as low as possible to ensure the service remains accessible to all.
