Face to Face

A face to face appointment is sometimes necessary usually because of two main reasons:

An advice issue is too complex to be able to be resolved by any other method – often this is because a caseworker needs to see paperwork and/or have a more in depth conversation about how best we can help resolve the issue

A person lacks the capacity or confidence to be able to follow instruction or take responsibility to undertake certain tasks to help resolve an issue, as instructed by the caseworker
Under these circumstances, a member of the public can ask for a face to face appointment. We have a number of different services that offer face to face support dependent on your advice enquiry and/or support need.
