Age Concern - BirminghamDog Walking

What does it do?We are looking for any isolated and housebound
older people that have dogs but are unable due to mobility issues to
take their dogs out for a walk. If you know of anyone in this
situation, please could you contact Karen Knight on 0121 236 2197.
Volunteers will assist them to maintain their
independence through taking their dog out, therefore enabling the
person to keep the pet in spite of changes to their health and
wellbeing. Alternatively, if you know of anyone who would be
interested in volunteering for this role, they can also contact Karen
on the same telephone number.
