Small group held in Derwent Care Home, Low Westwood, Hamsterley, Newcastle upon tyne.

Community Dementia Forum
The aim of the forum is to harness vital information from local people in a bid to make radical changes and get a better understanding of the problems and issues involved around dementia for both service users and their carers.

Day care
Day care for people with dementia over 65 years of age based at The Green day care centre 5 days per week

Day care for early onset dementia
Day care for people with dementia under the age of 65 (or over but early onset) based at The Green 2 days a week

Information provision
provision of information and support to people with dementia and their carers. Also provides signposting to other agencies
