What does it do?Agincare aims to: - Offer an environment in which residents have access to a range of relevant activities, outside space, the community around the home and in which they can truly feel at home.
- Employ staff in sufficient numbers with the relevant mix of skills to meet the residents’ and relatives’ needs.
- Provide means by which residents of varying abilities can engage with staff, the management team and truly influence daily life in the home.
- Observe policies and practices which promote the core values of dignity, respect, choice, equal opportunities and protection of residents’ safety and welfare.
- Enable maximum independence where possible, and most importantly help people to have some fun!
