Breaks for carers of adults

Short Breaks for Carers in Bolton

What does it do?

The service provides you and your family or carers with some time apart. This could be for a few hours to a few weeks, and we call this kind of a break respite.

Getting a break from the pressure of caring can make an enormous difference to those look after their loved ones. Whilst being assured that the person you care for is being supported, breaks offer the chance to simply get a rest or take part in activities. A break could be for just a few hours or it could be for a holiday, whilst being assured that the person you look after is being cared for.
