  • A Self Referral Scheme in Lewisham funded by Merchant Taylors’ Company (www.merchant-taylors.co.uk) for carers of adults who wish to refer themselves.

Crossroads Care provides support to carers and the people they care for. Our trained professionals provide flexible services to people of all ages and with a range of disabilities and health conditions.

The service is free for carers who are referred by a social worker or health professional. There are also some free services available for carers who refer themselves.There is sometimes a waiting list for these services.
