What does it do?We specialise in offering support to older people with challenging or specific needs, working with their carers to provide the best possible outcomes that supports people's choice to remain in their own homes. - Enablement - we work with the people we support to assist them to regain lost skills, helping them to maintain their independence
- Night service - we provide a night-time call service, visiting people in their homes to assist with medication, comfort and dietary needs
We work one-to-one with people with dementia to support them to maintain their everyday skills and to undertake activities that they enjoy to enable them to live as independently as possible for as long as possible.
We can offer respite services to support carers to enable them to have a break and will provide the same experienced trained staff who, over a period of time, will build up a trusting relationship with the person we are supporting. |
