What does it do?Our Crossroads scheme exists to give regular, reliable and flexible home-based breaks to carers. Our Carer Support Workers come to the home for a few hours a week and take over the caring duties while the carer has time off for themselves. Our staff also offer all-important emotional support to carers.

Who it is for:

We cover the whole range of age and disability, ranging from children with autism to older people with dementia.
