What does it do?Home support service to people with dementia and their carers. It offers respite, support and advice. Visits are mostly 3-4 hrs per week and is delivered to approximately 75 families across Brighton & Hove by a team of 16 Home Support Workers. The service receives funding from Brighton & Hove Adult Social Care, and voluntary contributions from families supported by the scheme help to maintain this service.
