What does it do?

Our Mirror Device allows elderly people to make video calls to family, friends or even their GP using our simple voice controlled Mirror device. Additionally they can in an emergency simply call out to the device to alert our staff.

In addition to these outbound calls the customers receive regular calls throughout the day from our staff to check on their welfare, record things such as medication being taken or simply just for a chat to prevent loneliness.

Alongside this interaction there is also a suite of telecare sensors located throughout the customers property, the data these generate  will in the event of a slip or fall notify our staff of an incident which our staff will escalate appropriately.

What to expect then:

Following initial contact we shall undertake a needs assessment and site survey. Should our service be considered appropriate for the customer and they wish to proceed  the hardware shall be installed and the service running 14 days later.

Mirror Care uses some innovative technology, but it's just a tool to deliver the key bit of our service which is people speaking to people.
