Our free non-emergency service provides friendly and confidential support to older people over the phone who may be socially or geographically isolated.
Not having someone to talk to regularly can be lonely and isolating, particularly if you’re used to sharing your home and time with others. A friendly chat on the phone can make all the difference.
The service aims to provide social contact and help build up confidence and independence for older people who may be recovering from an illness, or experiencing a change in their life.
