Show more "Our high-quality housing for older people allows residents to live comfortably, securely, and independently whilst in the knowledge that help is there if they need it. At Laurel Court, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Laurel Court offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, hair salon, guest rooms, laundry rooms, shower rooms and two lifts at each end of the building. There is a south facing communal garden and parking bays. The flats are in a quiet area located close to a park, shops, and bus route, which is a 10 minute walk away.

There is a Scheme Manager Service responsible for the management of the building, security and communal areas. For more information or to arrange a viewing, please call 0800 1313348 (from landline) or 0300 123 3511 (from mobile) or email contactus@sanctuary-housing.co.uk" Show less
