At Shaftesbury House, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Shaftesbury House offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. The flats are located close to a very quiet area, close to local shops, bus routes and GP.

There is a Scheme Manager Service responsible for the management of the building, security and communal areas. For more information or to arrange a viewing, please call 0800 1313348 (from landline) or 0300 123 3511 (from mobile) or email contactus@sanctuary-housing.co.uk" Show less
