The court is surrounded by beautiful countryside in the Yorkshire Dales National Parks. The nearest doctors surgery and bank are just 5 minutes away and the nearest large supermarket is approximately 20 minutes away. Many residents enjoy visiting the weekly market in Hawes, a short drive or bus ride away from the court. Buses run regularly to Hawes and Leyburn from a stop just 100 yards’ walk from the court.

Sycamore Hall is the hub of the village with its own community library, visiting Post Office, shop, restaurant and hair salon. Residents can also enjoy a range of onsite facilities including a communal lounge, laundry, guest room and lift. The court has well maintained gardens with a sun house, greenhouse and chickens. Residents are welcome to join in with the gardening if they choose. The gardens attract a variety of birds and outdoor activities are held there in the summer." Show less
