Trains from Mill Hill station, just a short walk away, provide access to Blackburn, Preston, Blackpool and further afield. The court has a dial-a-ride bus service which collects residents from the court and Travel Assist offer a free service for older residents.

Spring Bank Court has a range of onsite facilities for residents including spacious communal rooms, a restaurant, onsite shop, salon, beautician, library and ample car parking. Age UK runs an onsite day centre in purpose-built facilities at the court. The court is surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens with a variety of bushes and shrubs, bird tables and baths to encourage local wildlife.
