Based in the historic market town of Calne, James House is a large modern scheme that has 22 flats. There are five 2-bedroomed flats, and the rest are single flats. Each flat has a door intercom and a Lifeline pendant for each tenant in case of emergency. All properties are of good size, and offer private kitchen, lounge, bathroom ground floor flats have their own patio doors leading out into the garden. There is a well-equipped large communal kitchen leading onto a good-sized lounge, which can be divided to accommodate more than one event.
