The scheme is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment, and care and support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower the individual to live a fulfilled and active life. We ensure privacy and dignity are maintained at all times. We have 50 self-contained flats, of which four have two bedrooms. The flats consist of a lounge, bedroom, shower room/WC and fitted kitchen.
