Each apartment provides suitable accommodation for one or two people living together. Each includes hallway, cloak cupboard, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Bathrooms were refurbished in 2014 and are now regarded as partial wetrooms.
Within Blanning Court there is a large communal lounge/activities room with adjacent kitchen for the exclusive use of residents.There is a door entry security system to Blanning Court to enable residents to admit their personal visitors.
