Show more "Our aim is to enable older people who have care and support needs to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes.Heathcote House has 24 self-contained flats, 2 of which have two bedrooms for double occupancy. The scheme provides self-contained flats for rent enabling independent living, 24 hour care staff on site that will provide your agreed care package and specially designed communal facilities at your disposal.Each apartment has its own front door, bedroom(s), lounge, kitchen (includes cooker) and wet room. Facilities include, A special bathroom for assisted bathing, A large centrally located communal lounge, One smaller communal lounge on the first floor, with a kitchenette, A guest bedroom which may be booked for visiting relatives/friends, Laundry facilities are available for personal use of tenants and/or their carers, A door entry phone system to give additional home security, A lift to give access to the first floor, Attractive gardens with visitor parking available.
There is an emergency intercom alarm system with pull cords in each room. Pendant triggers which can be worn on the wrist or neck are also available. Activities program and events held throughout the year.
