Show more "Each of the 30 bungalows contains a living room, main bedroom, second smaller bedroom, kitchen and wetroom. In November 2009 all the bungalows had their loft insulation brought up to the current recommended standard.

As bungalows become vacant they are being upgraded with a new efficient boiler for hot water and central heating, double glazing, new kitchen, wetroom and for bungalows on three sides of the central green, a new enclosed rear garden area is provided.

A maintenance contribution, currently £585 per month, is charged for the upgraded bungalows. Depending on your circumstances all or some may be met by housing benefit. No rent is payable.

Each Collegian provides their own furniture and furnishings and is also responsible for paying the council tax, utility and other household bills relating to their bungalow.

Vacancies occur from time to time and if you wish to be considered please visit our website www.huggenscollege.org for information about making an application" Show less
