It is particularly suitable for those wishing for a little bit more independence but with the security of having a Court Manager. The close consists of 20 one bed flats converted from five semi detached houses. All the properties have their own back garden and communal gardens at the front. The small village of Sidley is a short walk away and has most shops and facilities. Bexhill on sea is in the middle of 1066 Country with many places of interest and culture close by, including Battle Abbey where you can take a tour with full commentary of the famous battle.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it.
