Show more "Gordon Roughley Court, located down a quiet cul-de-sac in Rayleigh in Essex, consists of 18 one bedroom flats and 18 studio flats. All the flats have a fitted kitchen with a cooker and a fridge and other on-site facilities include a communal lounge and large laundry room. There are good public transport links with the main line train station 15 minutes away from the court and the high street only five minutes. The necessary local amenities can be accessed in the high street with a GP surgery, chemist, high street shops and a supermarket, all on hand. The court also has a visiting hairdresser and a chiropodist, who visit on a regular basis.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
