At Sherwood House we offer recently refurbished rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance). Each flat consists of a kitchen: with integrated ovens and hob, lounge, bedroom, and bathroom with showers as well as a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Sherwood House offers a wide range of facilities, including well kept gardens, a communal lounge, communal garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. The flats are located close to local amenities, Doctors Surgery, and Pharmacy. It is a short walk into the town centre where there is a variety of shops and places to eat. Buses run regularly from the bus station to Mansfield, Nottingham and surrounding areas. Sutton in Ashfield, surrounded by well kept gardens and has recently had refurbishment work carried out. The flats have fitted kitchens including ovens and hobs and all the flats have showers. The busy communal room hosts different activities including bingo, dominoes and fish and chip lunches.
