The court provides a mixture of 18 single and 16 double, one bedroom flats. Communal spaces at Temple Court are decorated and furnished comfortably in order to provide a warm and welcoming environment, with each flat fitted with an electric cookert. On-site facilities at the court include a full time residential court manager, communal lounge, laundry and a guest room. There is a 24 hour emergency call system and door entry system for your security. The development is in a secluded cul-de-sac off of Mimms Hall Road, which is only two blocks away from a parade of shops consisting of a small supermarket, a hairdresser, Post Office, local pub and a launderette. From here a bus can be taken to the main centre of Potters Bar where there are GP Surgeries, banks, chemists and the train station; with London Kings Cross just a 20 minute journey away.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.

Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less
