Built in 1976 and close to the local countryside it offers communal facilities of lounge, laundry, guest facilities and gardens. There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. A bus service is close at hand with a local shop a few minutes walk. Residents enjoy a friendly atmosphere and many varied social activities that are organised by the residents' social club.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
