“Originally built as a Manse over 100 years ago, Columba House is a beautiful large 12 bedroom traditional stone build house, located just off Queensferry Road, within the desirable Blackhall area, in Edinburgh. All rooms are bright and spacious, feature en-suite facilities and decorated to a high standard, offering a comfortable and homely feel.

This house is conveniently situated near excellent bus routes to the city centre and close to a small range of local shops and cafes. The popular Craigleith retail park is also within walking distance and can also be accessed by a regular bus service.

At both the front and rear of Columba house are extensive private garden grounds, which are regularly maintained. Also featured is a generous off street private parking area, as well general on-street parking for visitors.

The house is staffed between 8am and 7pm and between the hours of 7pm and 8am, a remote community alarm system is in place to deal with emergencies out with these hours. Lunch and evening meals are provided daily and food provisions are available for breakfast. A communal laundry service is included and is available for residents use. On a weekly basis, a Domestic assistant maintains all communal areas and en suite facilities to a high standard on a weekly basis”
