In the attractive grounds surrounding the main scheme is Longcroft comprising 22 one person and 68 two person flats, which are linked via a two way speech system to the Scheme Managers in Eastbury Court. The scheme has a large communal lounge for the use of tenants of Eastbury Court and Longcroft and kitchen and laundry facilities.

Support is provided by Flexi Support Workers who are not scheme based. Their role is to provide floating housing related support to tenants in the schemes and older and vulnerable residents nearby in the local community.
