“Hollytree House is a popular, purpose built scheme and comprises 42 flats. In the surrounding grounds are 22 flats, linked via a two way speech system to the Scheme Manager in Hollytree House. The scheme is very close to a parade of local shops and a bus stop for the town centre. The scheme has a large communal lounge with french windows opening out onto the lawn.

Support is provided by Flexi Support Workers who are not scheme based. Their role is to provide floating housing related support to tenants in the schemes and older and vulnerable residents nearby in the local community.
