“Summer Place is a purpose built sheltered scheme of 31 flats, of which 24 are one person, 6 two person and 1 specially adapted wheelchair flat. The scheme has a large garden to the side and rear and a communal lounge situated at the front of the building.

Support is provided by Flexi Support Workers who are not scheme based. Their role is to provide floating housing related support to tenants in the schemes and older and vulnerable residents nearby in the local community.
