Show more "Cypress Court is one of our three popular Independent Living Schemes in Stockton-on-Tees and is situated in a quiet residential area of Primrose Hill, close to Stockton Town Centre. Stockton has one of the widest high streets in the North East which hosts a large market twice a week. Stockton is also home to many cultural, musical and sporting events.

At Cypress Court we offer self-contained flats to rent for people over the age of 55 (or under 55 if you have medical needs). You would have the privacy of your own flat, consisting of lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom – all with wet rooms, and also have the benefit of having access to our communal areas if you want a bit of company. You can pop down to the main lounge for coffee mornings or to take part in an activity, or just sit outside and enjoy the beautiful gardens.

We have a full-time scheme manager, Loraine McCue, and a 24-hour mobile warden service in case of emergencies. As well as the communal lounge and gardens we also have a fully-furnished guest room for your visitors, a quiet room/library, a laundry, and a hairdressing salon. Our parking bays and communal areas are covered by CCTV and you have a secure door entry system so you can view your visitors on the TV when they come to the main entrance. If you would like any further information, please ring up for a chat." Show less
