Each Flat/Studio has a bedroom/bedroom area , lounge, kitchen and a toilet/bathroom. The flats/Studios are all linked to an intercom alarm system, with housing related support to meet individual needs. Our aim is to enable people to live independently within their homes, and to offer support with social, physical, emotional and financial elements of their life, and signpost as agreed in all aspects of daily living. Blackwood Court has a large communal lounge with kitchen with all the facilities you require. The communal Lounge can offer a range of social activities and also offers itself out to the wider community. There is a mobility Scooter park which an application on spaces is required. There is a large garden area to the back of the scheme which has flowers beds, grass areas and trees, with a patio area and seating.SPECIAL FEATURES
Experienced Independent Living Officers who work in close partnership with other external providers within the borough to assist residents access other locally based services.
