The service is made up of 30 units which includes eight ground floor flats, 11 first floor flats, and 11 second floor flats. There are total of 30 units that are accessible via the lift. All of the accommodation at the service is self contained with other communal facilities that include a communal lounge and kitchen, a laundry and guest room, and ground floor disabled toilets.
