Show more "Sudbury Court offers affordable, quality flats that are suitable for independent living in Peterborough. Ideal for individuals & couples aged 55+, they are set within a private and secure location, with excellent communal facilities and well landscaped gardens.
Properties at Sudbury Court benefit from a fitted kitchen, either/double bedrooms, a well-proportioned living area, level access bathroom with either a shower cubicle, wet room or bath, gas central heating, UPVC windows and emergency pull-cord systems.

The scheme has a fantastic outdoor space which includes an allotment and a communal lounge with WIFI, which hosts a number of residential activities. There is an onsite laundry facility and communal kitchen as well as a guest bedroom. The scheme has onsite parking for residents and visitors as well as disabled parking. For peace of mine, there is a secure door entry system.

Central to the success of our Independent Living service is our friendly and experienced scheme manager, Sam Catton. Sam is responsible for ensuring your home is safe, secure and well-maintained. She can offer advice on managing your health and well-being, and ensure you are getting all the income you are entitled to. Sam will also help you take part in social and recreational activities, both within the scheme and in the local community.

Rent ranges from £109.89 to £112.64 per week (depending on the size of the property). This includes maintenance, gardening services and repairs as well as the warden call system, so you can relax knowing your home is being taken care of." Show less

"The scheme here aided by the residents committee brings together social gatherings, friendship and pride in our gardens. The social calendar is full, weekly and monthly programmes, so loneliness does not happen here. It's a delight living here." Show less
